-pancetta, fresh spinach with Swiss chard picked this morning from our garden;
-crepe Suzettes for dessert.

A pitcher of perfect bloody Marys to wash it all down.

Spending 4th of July in the back yard under the shade of the tree drinking our version of a Pimm's Cup, reading books and magazines and taking occasional dips in the wading pool with the dogs. Left over smoked ribs for a late lunch or dinner.

Today is Mitch's 8th birthday so I took him to PetSmart to pick out a toy and then to Wendy's for his very own hamburger. This is a picture as we sat in the grass and ate our burgers together.
