I have four charges on my corporate American Express card that total over $3,500 that I did not make. I saw the first charge when I logged on to their web site about a month ago when I was submitting an expense report. I called the customer service number, and they said to call after May 14 if the charges are still there. Something about when the month closes out, there could be a correcting entry that comes through that would reverse the entries.
I logged in this morning, and the charges are still there. I called, and they said they are still processing; call back in 24 to 48 hours. If the charges are still on the account, they will open an investigation.
Sheesh!
