Giving baking my bacon a try instead of frying for my spinach salad.

How did the bacon turn out? What about the fat that collects? What temperature and for how long?

The bacon turned out perfect and is very easy. I turned the edges of the foil up to collect the fat so there is no pan to clean up.

I set the oven to 400 degrees and cooked it for about 15 minutes. After about 10 minutes just check it every couple of minutes until it is done the way you like it.
