I just read a little on the Wallace Farms web site, and it looks like the minimum order is their 25 pound sampler for $199. ($8 per pound.) I wouldn't mind paying $8 a pound to try out a few steaks, but not 25 pounds of steaks. Maybe I will call and see if they supply any local butcher shops nearby.
