I set the sprinkler out in the front yard as soon as I got home from work.
I just got done going through the mail and paying a couple of bills. I renewed my subscription to The Week for another year. I love that magazine.
I think I am going to get another sprinkler going in the backyard for the lawn and also give the flowers a drink.
I might spend a little time doing some housecleaning, but I don't know what yet. I just have that urge to organize a little. That is a rare feeling for me, so I guess it would be best to go with that while I have it. One thing I might start doing is to bring all of the books that are scattered around the house, on nightstands, under coffee tables, in the office, etc. etc. to the bookshelves in the front room. I think that would go a long way to reducing the clutter level. I eventually want to organize all of the books with the Dewey decimal system, but that is another post.
Then I may or may not go to Meijer. I am out of milk and I am thinking about getting some fresh boneless chicken breasts that are on sale for $1.99/lb for dinner tomorrow night. I am also just about out of yogurt.
Good work news today, but my policy is no work-related news in the blog.
It is on the warm side here, 88º the last time I looked, and I feel a little sticky, so I will probably take a quick rinse-off shower before I go to bed tonight.
