Wrist pain

My right wrist hurts this morning. It feels like what I would think carpal tunnel syndrome would feel like. If I am not using my muscles on the hand it doesn't hurt, but when I was holding the newspaper on the train in a certain position it hurt. It doesn't hurt too bad when I use the mouse or type. I think I will take some aspirin and put some heat on it as a preventative to keep any swelling down in case it is the start of carpal tunnel syndrome.
