For the longest time we have really liked the looks of these shirts but didn't know who sold them or what they were called. Now I know: guayaberas.



I found out what they are called after reading this story in today's New York Times about them. I predict they will be the next Hawaiian shirt.

They are also called wedding shirts. Traditional ones are made out of linen. They have to have four pockets. Embroidery running down the front on both sides is a nice touch too.

banner's has been selling them since 1916.
