Sheri picked up two really tasty slicing tomatoes and a few ears of really good sweet corn for dinner tonight. (I finished BOTH tomatoes!) That went along with a few more of the chops, from the pork loin we bought this weekend, that she marinated this afternoon in teriyaki. A perfect summertime dinner!

We had a few different dressings on the table for the tomatoes, but they were so good I just put a pinch of pink salt and a couple twists of fresh ground tellicherry black pepper on each tomato.
